When the team of BioRid tried to install the net on my compressor balcony to prevent pigeon nestling as space are so limited, they suggested I call the aircon guy to come take out the compressor unit which is one on top of another otherwise is impossible to clean n install the net. I did but when aircon guy came they refused to take the job as it is too troublesome to install back once taken out. Given no choice I begged the team leader to help me out, so they relentlessly go all the way out to cleanse the pigeon feces n tried to install n secure the net to cover the balcony from inside out. What really impressed me is their dedication to do their job efficiently even when it is impossible to secure the net as the compressor are blocking n not within reach. Finally with endless ideas n ways the net is fully set up. I’m so grateful for the team as without their help, I have no other ways to prevent the pigeons from coming back. Excellent n top notch serviced from the heart. Thank you so much. Highly recommended company👍👍👍
